Inspector

Operation / Contract

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review method statements, QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for inspection activities.
  2. Interpreting and evaluating of NDT results, witnessing, interpret data, analyze results using standard, technical, engineering knowledge and provide ongoing reports in complex datasets.
  3. Perform or assist UAV Pilot to inspection, monitoring, auditing & assurance activities in accordance with the Projects assignment.
  4. Ensure all the inspection work and NDE activities are properly skilled and qualified in accordance with the applicable specifications, codes, and regulations.
  5. Able to generate the inspection report, review, and give the recommendation to the customer upon the inspection data from the inspection team
  6. Create best reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
  7. Support data labeling and verify the anomaly type within standard code.
  8. Support software development team to create best product.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related fields.
  2. 1-3 years of work experience in inspection in Oil & Gas industrial.
  3. Have knowledge of and experience with reporting skill.
  4. Have knowledge in metallurgy, API, NDT. (API653 qualification is an advantage)
  5. UAV experiences is advantage
  6. Software: Able to use Microsoft office and eager to learn new software relate to work.
  7. Good command of written and spoken English.
  8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
