This drone receives mission plans through its base-station ("Drone Box") via a MavLink protocol, and self-initiates preparation mode prior to the commencing the mission. Flight characteristics and mission type are set and performed automatically without any personnel on site. After every mission, drones are programmed to return to the base-station, or any other specified locationgg.
